



The Fried Rice Collective is a restaurant and hospitality group founded by chefs Scott Drewno and Danny Lee, who were recently nominated by the James Beard Foundation for Outstanding Restaurateur. Originally founded in Washington, DC, the group now has locations in Virginia, Maryland, and California. The concepts operated by The Fried Rice Collective are CHIKO, Anju, I Egg You, The Shell, and District Catering.
