Introducing Kitchen 101, a tenant-exclusive dining experience from the award-winning restaurant group, The Fried Rice Collective. Opening Tuesday, December 2nd, Kitchen 101 serves elevated, chef-crafted sandwiches made with premium ingredients and thoughtful technique—designed for busy professionals who want restaurant-quality meals without leaving the building.
To guarantee availability and quality, we ask that orders be placed by 4:00 PM the day before. This ensures fresh ingredients, smooth preparation, and seamless service exclusively for 101 Constitution tenants.
Pick up is available from 11:30AM - 1:30PM in the lobby.
A limited number of same-day sandwiches will be available for purchase (tenants only), on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last!
